We are very pleased to confirm that Sunbelt Rentals are now a Tenant at Almcor’s Childerditch Industrial Park in Brentwood, just off the A127 and close to M25.

Sunbelt have taken a new 10 year lease on Unit 22, extending to approximately 6,000 sq. ft on a 1.32 acre hard standing, fenced and gated site. They are now busily fitting out ahead of a planned opening in the coming months.
