Richard brings over 35 years’ experience in industrial and logistics property, with a long-standing track record advising clients across South East London and Kent.
Formerly a Director of CBRE’s Industrial and Logistics team in the South East and a Divisional Partner at Glenny’s South East London & Kent office, his extensive market knowledge and strategic insight will further strengthen our capabilities in this key location.
In his consulting role, Richard will be working closely with our team on both existing instructions and new agency opportunities, supporting clients with best-in-class advice across the industrial and logistics sector.
