On Wednesday, our Basildon commercial agency team joined Petchey Holdings for a site meeting to review the ongoing progress at Kierbeck Business Park. The refurbishment programme is on track, with completion set for mid to late January 2025.
Kierbeck Business Park, a secure and established industrial park with direct access to the A13, is undergoing an extensive internal and external refurbishment. Various unit sizes are available, from 1,873 sq ft to 14,104 sq ft.
