Prestbury Investments, which advises Max Property Group, are about to commence a refurbishment of 3 trade counter units in Rainham Road South, Dagenham.

The development ranges from 6,354 to 22,829 sq ft and is already attracting serious interest from the trade counter fraternity.

Kemsley LLP are jointly instructed with Jones Lang LaSalle to promote the scheme, which is due for completion in March 2012.
