Kemsley LLP Secure Chelmsford Warehouse Letting

Acting on behalf of institutional clients Kemsley LLP have recently completed the letting of a refurbished warehouse with secure yard at Boreham Interchange, Chelmsford, Essex.

Unit 3 Boreham Interchange comprises a self-contained industrial/warehouse totaling approximately 14,786 sq. ft and was let upon new lease terms to a multi-national company.

Kemsley LLP Professional Team Secure Two Large Portfolio Valuation Instructions

Kemsley LLP’s professional team has recently been instructed on two large portfolio valuations.

The properties comprises a mixture of residential (flats and houses) and commercial (offices, industrial and retail).

Kemsley LLP Secure Trade Counter Letting at Hainault Works

Acting on behalf of a private investor client, Kemsley LLP have let a new development of 3 trade counter units to BEW Electrical Distributors Ltd on a new lease for a term of 15 years.

Units 8,9 and 10 form part of Hainault Works, a modern development of 17 industrial units fronting Hainault Road, a short distance from Eastern Avenue (A12). Kemsley LLP are both managing and letting agents on the estate.

BEW are a rapidly expanding award winning distributor of wholesale electrical products to the building trade with 14 branches in the south east and online stores.

Kemsley LLP Secure New Letting at Baker’s Court, Basildon, Essex

A comprehensive face lift and refurbishment programme at Bakers Court, East Mayne, Basildon, has secured a hat-trick of new occupiers for this prominent and highly visible warehouse and trade counter scheme located on the corner of Paycocke Road and East Mayne.

The landlord has invested in recladding the units and this, combined with signage and environmental improvements, plus some reorganisation of the scheme to improve loading and traffic circulation has made a huge difference for both potential tenants and current occupiers. The units now have greater appeal and, as because Bakers Court location is very visible and on a major route, we have several new companies now in occupation, or about to occupy. Bakers Court is the a leading trade counter location in Basildon.

Rexel UK Ltd, trading as electrical wholesalers WF Electrical, has just opened in Units 20 and 21, space totalling 4,600 sq ft (427 sq m) let on a 10 year lease. Sandwich store franchise Subway has also agreed to take a 15 year lease on Unit 2. This 1,447 sq ft (134 sq m) unit will be home to their first café on an industrial park in England.

Creative Design (Europe) Ltd, display material specialists, has also taken a two year lease on 1,173 sq ft (109 sq m) of warehouse space at Unit 4.

Kemsley LLP Complete Office Letting to NHS Trust at Bernard House, Hainault

On behalf of our client SDV Limited, Kemsley LLP have completed the letting of the first floor of Bernard House in Hainault which overlooks Hainault Forest Country Park.

The first floor accommodation has been substantially refurbished including new air-conditioning.

New Letting at Ashton Gate, Romford
