Acting for Threadneedle Pensions Limited, Kemsley LLP have let 3 Spilsby Road, Harold Hill, Romford to a major local occupier. Having acquired the building in late 2017, the fund were preparing an extensive refurbishment programme when they were approached by a local occupier who were looking to expand their existing operation. Negotiations commenced and terms were agreed with Macarthys Laboratories to take a new lease for a term of 20 years. The refurbishment is now underway with the lease due to commence in early 2019.

The building extends to approximately 57,800 sq ft with two service yards on a total site area of 1.8 acres.
