The shop premises at No.64 occupied a prominent position, in the heart of this busy High Street, and located directly opposite Wanstead station. Wanstead is a popular area for upmarket occupiers including cafes/sandwich bars, boutiques, galleries, restaurants and hair salons.
Working closely with our clients and their contractors, the design and layout of the premises was agreed at an early stage. A pre-let was then secured swiftly, subject to our clients completing the agreed works within a specified timeframe.
